Tai chi is an art where the soft overcomes the hard, the calm subdues
the aggressive and the subtle transcends the gross. It is a method of
bringing us into harmony with ourselves, those people with whom we
interact, and all the energies of our larger environment.
Tai chi works on three aspects; that of the body, the mind and the energy system.
